Forgot to mention. On the flight back, the guy sitting next to me was a Mr. Shayk. I wasn't forced to subdue him, though. As it turns out, he's a member of United's 100K club. I figgered if he'd flown 100,000 miles without blowing anything up, he was probably good for another 5,000.

Finished Tom Piccirilli's Choir of Ill Children. Enjoyable, but slightly too loose and random for my tastes. Death and abnormality in the swampy South.
