A lot of those come down to having the right tools. I applaud people who attempt to recreate things that inspire them, but sometimes it requires a trip to Michael's and more money than the project is worth to get it right.

Very true. In fact, I didn't think most of them were really that notable. But those molten blobfish Cookie Monsters... I can't get them out of my mind. They horrify me, and then I laugh. And I think the laughter is because those warped little blue faces and mismatched off-kilter staring eyes are slowly, inevitably, driving me insane.
