Two more pieces of music
Feb. 28th, 2004 10:21 amI'm learning more about the MIDI/sound editing program. There are still about a hundred menu items I haven't even touched. Nonetheless, I'm happy with how Bach's Fugue in G Minor turned out.
For something closer to what I sound like when I play, I offer Souvenir de la Havane, by Louis Moreau Gottschalk. Or at least, as much of it as I can play. This was done as a quickie in two takes, and I didn't bother to fix any of the bad notes, of which there are not a few.
It's terrible.... I get stage fright when I turn the record button on.
All right, now for the rest of my weekend, which will contain tikis and muppets. Full report later.

Don't let their fame get you down. They're no Alvin and the Chipmunks.
