I was disappointed when there was no opportunity to have a do-over on prop 8 in 2010. No do-over in 2012, either.
How's 2014 looking? Or will you be washing your hair that year?

I think the equality orgs are prioritizing the court case over the ballot right now.

Agreed. A successful popular vote would be a really important advance (if I'm not mistaken, gay marriage has not been legalized in any state by popular vote - only by courts and by legislatures.)

And while I was against putting it on the ballot in 2010 (because I was sure that it would fail), I think we're at the tipping point and this year it would probably succeed in California.
