Randi Paranormal Challenge gets a reprieve

Last time it showed up here, I was lamenting that the Challenge was going to end in 2010. And before that, I was lamenting that the rules were being changed to require the applicant to have a 'media presence' and to have an academic give him or her a thumbs up.
So, I'm happy to unlament new changes in the Challenge that
#1: it's not dead
#2: applicants need only have either a media presence or a tame academic, OR an intriguing YouTube video.
