And another thing. Why are all male singers so goddamn whiny these days? Whiny lyrics, whiny voice.
I do try to listen to that infernal racket to which youngsters appear to listen with pleasure, and much of it fills me with the violent urge to shut the twerpy motherfucker up. The line in the subject drove me nuts this morning on the drive to work. On the way back, I heard something with some tasty bass and rhythm, and then some whiny git had to go and open his mouth.
Is it just me?
Gonna go listen to my 8-track now.

Tune into 103.1..."Your Indie rock station." As cheeze as that sounds...it's awesome. THey play Elvis Costello, the Pixies, the Strokes, X, the White Stripes, etc. Awwwwesome shit. T'won't disappoint you!

Funny you should mention it, cuz yeah Rebecca turned me on to 103.1 a couple months back, and then Aaron randomly mentioned it during the flamewar he's been involved in recently. It was kismet that I should find it. They were playing a lot of electronica a few weeks back, which I thought was cool, but now it's widened up a lot. And it's still cool.
