A new exercise to help develop an important muscle

Whenever you hear about someone doing something you don't like -- but is legal and none of your business -- practice this exercise until it becomes a natural, easy, fluid motion:

1: lift your shoulders firmly in a forceful shrug
2: pushing from the diaphragm, utter the words "Eh, it's a free country."

1 set x 10 reps daily, and as needed when provoked

This seems a particularly appropriate exercise for use when one hears about an intolerant bigoted jack@$$ U.S. pastor who avers that Islam is the religion of the Devil and thus plans the public burning of a Koran on Saturday to commemorate 9/11.

I certainly wish the media had shrugged at him, though I suppose it has a certain Jerry Springer-like appeal.

[Hmmm.... if al-Jazeera played Springer as the "Real Americans Show", the Muslim world might come to the faulty-but-correct conclusion that America must be destroyed.]
