Anti-government police-killers

I missed this when it happened back in May, but this is a pretty awful story.

As a result of a traffic stop, anti-government wackaloons pull out an AK-47 and kill two officers, and are later killed in a shootout at a Walmart parking lot (in which other officers are injured). As more comes to light, their motivation, philosophy, and nature become more clear:

In that YouTube clip about the "rogue" IRS agent, in which Jerry described his view of the proper use of violence, his son is shown laughing and offering to deal with the agent himself: "If you pay for the bat, I'll take care of the problem." Later, the son describes his view on violence: "They drew first blood. You are self-defending."

Jerry Kane asks of the audience: "Can anybody tell that my son has never been to school? ... He slipped though the cracks."

Yes, I can. Yes, he did.

Far-right-wingers think it's okay to murder officers of the law? Who could have predicted that this would happen when a political movement consistently glorifies treason?

Well, murder is wrong, m'kay. Therefore, the officers clearly must have done something unlawful that justified the application of lethal force in self-defence.
