In defense of Fuck

This beautiful, erudite and witty defense of the use of 'fuck' has utterly charmed me. It was submitted as part of the defense of a student charged with 'interfering with the staff, faculty, or students of an educational institutional' for having eloquently called his principal a "fucker, a fag, and a fucking fag."
The prior legal rulings are wonderful, the dictionary entries are priceless (particularly the examples in from the Cambridge dictionary), but perhaps the best part of the defense is the discussion of how common and accepted fuck has become in modern life. If you're too lazy to read it, I reproduce a portion of the table that shows the number of Google Hits for certain words and phrases:

As amusing as the defense is, it's another sad instance of the student suing the school for what is their own fucking fault. The lawyer is trying to say it's OK to call your principal a fuck, that it's as common as calling the principal a...well, an egg. What if the principal called the student a worthless piece of fucking trash? What kind of lawsuits would we see then?

Also, what about the use of the word "fag"? Can this be considered a hate crime now? A sexual slur? Why doesn't the principal sue the student for defamation of character?

Why can't all the fuckers out there take some fucking responsibility for their own fucking stupidity?

Not surprising on the defense, but I think it's a lame position to take.

Thpft! Wake up and smell the article. The kid's not suing anybody. It's a defense because the kid was being charged with a crime. It isn't nice to call your principal a fucking fag, and the kid got suspended for doing so, and no one's complaining about that. But the DA charged the kid with a crime as well.

Although, charging the kid with "interfering with their job" seems out of place. Isn't it the principal's job to mete out punishment to miscreants?
