Saw a woman today in her convertible. She'd had so much plastic surgery, she looked like a gelfling.

Every now and then I think, "Oh, maybe I'll get a boob lift," or "Oh, I could get the double chin taken care of." Then I hear of examples like this, and decide that my slightly round but natural self is probably more pleasant than the alternatives.
