Personally, I'd really like a mass transit system. Doesn't even have to be a futuristic one, bringing the red car (http://www.usc.edu/isd/archives/la/historic/redcars/) back would be fine.

And I so want the Bullit car...an early 70's black Mustang fastback, not that atrocity linked above.
