I object to the African-American plus cuisine = soul food. Not all blacks have soul you know. Think of Don Simmons, for one. Seriously though, to me that's like calling Jewish cuisine "cheap food" or "guilt food." Tell me if I'm off-base here. Tell me stories about your dad!
