Good luck! Sounds like things are moving along swiftly. If the selling goes much faster than the buying, you might want to write a leaseback provision so you don't end up having to move twice.
There are definitely some nice views up in the Dons and the eternal echoes of cocaine fueled orgies can't be a bad thing, can they. Just make sure someone else handles the mirror removal :)
