Turned out well. Not a super taste sensation that I have to have more of immediately, but good. And I think Dr. Pookie is right that grilling them helps to reduce their inherent sliminess. She has some plans for refining the recipe with more corn and other ingredients to help sweeten the salad, which turned out fairly sour, not just from the nopales, but also from the lime juice dressing.
