At this year's Worldcon John Scalzi had an awesome panel about his trip to the Creation Museum. He shared quite a few examples of imaginative logic from that fine institution, but my favorite was their proof that dinosaurs and human beings once shared the earth. The argument goes something like this: "Thorns have been found in the fossil record alongside dinosaur bones, so we know that dinosaurs co-existed with thorny plants. According to scripture, thorny plants did not exist before Adam's sin, therefore dinosaurs must have lived at the same time as humans, after the Fall."
