What I was hoping for was the workers would complain to management, like in the movie, and maybe get rotated around. Also, one of the workers got promoted to a kami and a royal family member! It couldn't be all that bad....or was it?
I'm biased, because I worked food service for four years. I think it builds character. Or at least makes the proleteriat want to rise up against the bourgeoise, and I'm all for that.
What if the workers staged a strike? That would be cool.
