Egad! Look, we all know that these sorts of experiments go on in science and we understand that they provide helpful data for curing all of man's maladies. BUT it's kind of galling to see it so blithely reduced to a webstore/checkout page on a clinical website. Shouldn't these sorts of things be left to the traditional "make your own" ingenuity that scientists are supposed to be good at? Or at the very least shouldn't this be a marginal enterprise kept on the down low?
