Thanks for the comment, and I'm so glad to hear that you got a refund. The so-called producers of the show managed to alienate and harm a lot of people along the way. I hope you can tell from my post how much I sympathized with your position. It crystallized for me once again how this event was Seriously Not Fun for a lot of people. If you and your husband had physically attacked David Ballard in the parking lot, I would not only give the police a description matching Joe Valenti, but I might have kicked him while he was down.
