Darkon Film Outing June 24th - Los Angeles

It's still much better to be in a LARP than to watch other people being in a LARP. But if a LARP doesn't happen, then the best one can do is vicariously experience the power of geek.

Darkon is a movie about LARPers. The trailer fills me with such a complicated mixture of pity and excitement that I definitely want to see it. Now the opportunity has come.

It's playing at 10:15PM on Saturday, June 24th in Westwood as part of the LA Film Fest.

I'm desultorily keeping track of a highly theoretical trip to go see it that night. I've alerted Enigma, but if any of you other SoCal Livejournalistas are interested, let me know. I'll be updating this post with further developments.
