I see Non-Humans & Illusions

I confess I craned my neck a lot trying to catch a better glimpse of these bus benches as I drove home yesterday. Sure it's advertising, but still worth a second look.

Also, one more reason to stab your brain with a Q-tip. It lies to you. If you don't want to futz with photoshop, try this version and block off the purple orange rectangles with your fingers and you can see that the 'green' and the 'blue' are really the same.

I can't get it to work. Hmmm.

Wow. I was trying to figure out why it worked, and I thought, they're both surrounded by fuchsia swirl cut with orange lines. But, no. The "green" swirl is cut with orange lines, while the "blue" swirls is cut with fuchsia lines. Crazy how that makes a difference. OK, I still don't really understand why, but at least I think I figured out the how.

This is why we have a flat-grey color room and I always have a flat-grey backdrop on my work computer when I do color work. Pros in pre-press shops work in flat-grey windowless bunkers under dim light. Because it's all relative.

I like this one:

The rubix cube-y one is pretty nice.

Those optical illusions are cool!

Thank you for inspiring me to finally look up what the "For Humans Only" stuff was advertising. :)
