The scouts have been gaining a worse reputation than they've ever had in the past few years. With not allowing admitted atheists, banning gay people from running troops, and things like this it's no surprise that they're losing numbers.

The Buchheims said Doherty told them that if Cody had lied about his faith, the boys could have remained with no problem.
