And Mike tried to dissuade me from buying the jacket...foolish, foolish man. Thank you all for your appreciation!

(The jacket was a steal--35 bucks or so, and it came with the brooch. They have black and some kind of animal-print, too, but I guess the resort air was having some kind of mind-warping effect on me, because I never had a doubt about the superiority of the pink.)
