Knock-Out Cocktail

1 teaspoonful White Creme de Menthe
1/3 Absinthe
1/3 Old Mr. Boston Dry Gin
1/3 French Vermouth

Shake well with cracked ice and strain into 3 oz. Cocktail glass. Serve with cherry.

There's also something pleasing about the simplicity of

T.N.T. Cocktail
1/2 Old Mr. Boston Whiskey
1/2 Absinthe

Found it at the Rose Bowl Flea Market.
Most of the absinthe recipes seem pretty obnoxious.
