Christine O'Donnell is the gift that keeps on giving:
"I dabbled into witchcraft ... One of my first dates with a witch was on a Satanic altar, and I didn't know it. I mean, there's little blood there and stuff like that. ... We went to a movie and then had a midnight picnic on a Satanic altar."
Sounds uncomfortable. It's like all that sex on the telly... Graham kept falling off.
More seriously, 13 members of a Palmdale Christian cult have disappeared, apparently preparing for the Rapture. Hopefully, like the Millerites, they'll get calmly disappointed as the expected event fails to materialize, and they come back safe and sound. Then again, the ultimate effect of failed prophecy is often counterintuitive.
