I can't imagine anyone in Chicago who isn't being paid to call it the Willis Tower will stop calling it the Sears Tower. They'll have to wait for the current residents to die off before the name catches on anywhere but in "official" releases/documents/etc. Chicagoans are stubborn buggers... :-)
