One of the local papers (for our people) tipped me off to this fascinating and horrifying story of an Oakland bakery. Dr. Pookie wonders how anyone who bakes bread can be bad.


In not really related news, we saw Brian's Song the other night and cried like babies. Who knew you could say 'nigger' in a made-for-TV movie? Who knew Lando Calrissian and Sonny Corleone could play football? Who knew you could make a good made-for-TV movie?
