no good atheist fallacy

An interesting reminiscence of Vonnegut, marred somewhat by the fact that the best accolade the author can summon for him is to call him a fine Christian.

Speaking of fine Christians, let's hear it for the homosexual, child-molesting, pot-smoking, weeping-icon-faking (now ex-)Russian Orthodox monks of Texas.

He lived though WWII, did amazing things, wrote for a generation (plus some), etc, and the author keeps mentioning his atheism.

That's the big news, that's the apex of who he was.

Sort of like when the Duke lacrosse players were first charged with rape. They referred to the victim as a stripper. The stripper this, the stripper that.

The bias is disgusting.
