Eloise at the Good Hurt

bestepisodeever rocked the Good Hurt last night. I was a little disappointed with the venue. Yes, it has naughty nurse bartenders, but I have now run out of positive things to say about it. Nothing atrocious mind you, but the ambiance is something like your uncle's rec room, but with inferior lighting.

Eloise took the stage and played a fine set. I was happy to hear "Parasite"; one of my faves. It's my second favorite song about parasitic love. Yay for bass solo & a cover of "I touch myself".

It was also good to see lots of the NDA hellions and their boytoys, and shout over the reggae at them.

On weekends they have more nurses. I like the venue, but you can't see anything. If you go to the bathroom, you have to stand there for a minute for your eyes to adjust to the darkness. I'm sure they've probably got pee marks on the walls.
