Guitar Hero II Progress

For the none of you who are interested, I think I've pretty much reached my level of incompetence. There are maybe a few songs that I can wring one more star out of, but they're pretty few. A recent highlight was 4-starring Institutionalized on Expert. It continues to bug me that I cannot 5-star Woman. I've five starred everything else up to Crazy on You.

In related news, bon vivant and bonniedelight's man of business RB has informed me that MW is also a Guitar Hero ace. RB has called for some sort of "pit fight" for ultimate Guitar Hero supremacy before the end of the year. Details as the story develops.

I second the call for a Guitarathon Pit Fight!

I propose that we all agree to NOT play GH III the day it comes out and instead meet on the field of honor on the very next Saturday following. Prizes (or rather riotous applause) will be handed out to ...

- The first 5-star performance
- The best "rockin out" solo
- Anyone who can recite Shakespeare while playing in Expert mode
- Best band name
- Coolest guitar mod/decoration
- Highest Average-Score-Divided-By-Number-Of-Drinks-Consumed ratio

Although a little loosening up never hurt anybody, I think score *times* drinks consumed makes more sense. If you need that 4x multiplier, just pound some brews.

PS One of the booths here has GUITAR HERO!!! But it's NOT WORKING!!!
I've also seen a Wii in a booth.
Ok, that hardly makes it E3 or something, but it's something of a departure.
