Ah yes, the dread ZOUS. Of course, I don't think that size is terribly unusual - you always get at least one you don't find under the plant until it's Too Late.

I suggest scooping out the middle, filling it with meat sauce and cheese, and baking. Or hitting people with it. Too tough for zucchini bread now....
