Spooks and Books (Doesn't rhyme)

[Poll #738958]

This week is the booksale for the Westchester Rotifers or Pastafarians or something. Plenty of cheap stuff there in the parking lot of the Ralph's at Sepulveda and La Tijera. Definitely good if you're into Clancy or Grisham, but I found some interesting gems in there. Some 60's era Agatha Christies, Cordwainer Smith's Nostrilia, a murder mystery with a fictionalized Ambrose Bierce as the detective in 1880's San Francisco, a bio of Douglas Adams, and a couple other things.

Well, you already got all the good books. What'd you leave for us?

What a fucking idiot. Let's put a baby in danger for personal benefit! Only a VERY small percentage of babies come on their due date.

Someone call her and tell her that it has been discovered that 666 is a mistranslation and it's really 615 or some such thing.

I hate tabloids.
