Don't recognize the names of the Authors, but it might be interesting to pick up a copy and see if there's anything from the Oscar site in there. Of course, it was a SPECTACULAR idea, so it's not surprising if someone else had the same one. Too bad I missed the second one, I had a blast hosting the first one.

Knizia is one of them there German boardgame guys... I recognize his name anyway. I agree it's not *that* unusual an idea. Even if they did 'rip us off', I'm comforted by the fact that they had to put all sorts of actual effort into making the book, which probably isn't selling like hotcakes.

Actually, somebody asked us if they could run Oscar III. We said "Sure!" and that's the last we've heard.

Actually, I wanted to run "Toontown" in the style of Oscar, but...Cinespace is too expensive, so I want to find a better venue.
