The second book in the trilogy, which started with Ancillary Justice. Perhaps necessarily, it doesn't feel as new and fresh as the first book, but it's definitely well-plotted, if a bit too obviously moralistic in picking on its social targets, who twirl their one-dimensional mustaches.
