Most importantly, you saw the Musee d'Orsay and Mont Saint-Michel. I've been to and loved all of the other places you visited, but those two are very special to me. Those and the Musee du Moyen Age with its Pillar of the Boatmen and Lady and the Unicorn tapestries (always my first stop, as they are both somewhat spiritual experiences for me).
