Vera! What has become of you?
Does anybody here remember Vera Lynn?
Apparently the British do, as the rerelease of her album hit #1 on the UK album charts, beating out those upstart Beatles.
Since rights expire in 50 years, 92-year-old Dame Vera (DBE) won't see a farthing of royalty money, but at least it looks like Decca will throw a few shillings her way.
