Things I forgot to mention
Damn, it's been cold here-abouts in the recent past. I expect no sympathy from most parts of the country (or those of you in America-adjacent), but there was a day among the holidays when the overnight low for Inglewood was 32. I believe that's where water turns to rock!
Reason #19 to LARP at very private sites:
"Officers were called to the third floor flat early yesterday after reports that a man had been spotted with a longbow. ... Bomb disposal officers attended and carried out an assessment. No items of danger were found in the premises. Initial concerns were raised by the crude adaptions of many household items into science fiction style equipment."
Crude adaptions? Sniff, I'll have you know my microwave is a spot-on facsimile of a replicator.
